In Birnin Kebbi town, three brothers were detained by the police after they allegedly beat their neighbor, Abbas Abubakar, to death and accused him of stealing their motorcycle.According to information, the suspects, Abubakar Ahmed, Ubaidu Ahmed, and Halilu Ahmed, led Abubakar to their home where they beat him with a rope and led him to a c@ma.

The dead was brought to a hospital where it was determined that he had passed away, according to the command’s spokesperson, SP Nafiu Abubakar, in a statement on Friday, September 23.He stated that the sad situation happened on September 19, 2022, a Monday.He claims that on the specified day, the suspects banded together and went to the home of Sanusi Abubakar, where they begged him to call their younger brother, Abbas Abubakar, also known as Zabi, on their behalf because they believed he had stolen their motorcycle, a Haojue Roba-Roba.

The suspects took Abbas Abubakar to their home when he was summoned, beat him with a rope, and beat him till he was in a comatose state. The suspects drove the aforementioned Abbas Abubakar to the Divisional Police Headquarters in Birnin Kebbi on the same date at around 1430 hours. As a result, they were detained right away, and the victim was sent to Sir Yahaya Memorial Hospital in Birnin Kebbi, where a doctor verified his death.
