In the wee hours of Wednesday, suspected killer-herdsmen attacked Mchia village in the Mbagber council ward and Mou village in the Ukemberagya/Tswarev council ward, all of which are located in the Logo local government districts.Additionally, suspected killer-herdsmen invaded numerous villages in Guma LGA last month and killed roughly 20 people.

15 persons were killed in these separate but simultaneous attacks on the villages of Mchia and Mou.A local, who wished to remain unnamed, told our correspondent on the phone that “the attackers invaded the villages between 11 p.m. and midnight on Wednesday, twelve people were killed at Mchia community and three people at Mou village with roughly 13 people injured.”The attack was confirmed by Wale Abass, Commissioner of Police, who reported 10 fatalities and 8 injuries.
